General Manager Receives 15% Pay Increase

At the November board meeting, the Board voted for a 15% additional pay increase for our General Manager. I could not support that for many reasons. Our General Manager had already received a 3% COLA granted to all employees and a 3% increase as part of a 9% 3 year raise voted on in 2013. See articles below for more information.
